50% tuition payment + Materials Fee due within one week of acceptance; second 50% due 4 weeks after first payment (reminder: the Materials Fee is separate from Tuition, and require checking out each item when paying).

If applying and accepted later in the spring, please note final payment for full tuition is due Friday 6/6/25 for Session 1 and Friday 6/20/25 for Session 2.

• Early Bird 1 (apply by Friday 3/21/25) – 20% off base tuition and two 1:1 portfolio review sessions with Terreform ONE associate ($300+ value)

• After Friday 4/18/25, we review applications on a rolling basis, but in order to insure your first choice of class, apply as early as possible

Refunds

• Tuition & Materials Fee Refund: 

  • Up to two months before class start date, 50% tuition only (i.e., no refund for materials fee), plus a $50 processing fee.

  • At or after one month before class start date: No refunds at all.

Financial Aid & Scholarships: ONE Lab is dedicated to providing an equitable, diverse and inclusive educational experience; to that end, we offer full tuition remission to a select number of students through our scholarship fund.
